Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $9.90. We offer free shipping for orders over $99. Add an extra $5 to upgrade your order to Express shipping.

International shipping is $32 for all orders. Any customs or importing costs will be your responsibility.

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. East coast Australian orders will usually arrive within 5 working days. Deliveries to west coast Australia and remote areas may take longer. International shipping times vary depending on your location. We will send you relevant tracking numbers once your order is dispatched.

We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Buy Now, Pay Later options (AfterPay, ZipPay) are coming soon.

If you are not satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unused and undamaged. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us immediately at hello@heyhudson.com.au. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after dispatch. If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to do so in accordance with our refund/exchange policy, which you will find in the footer of this site.

Yes, 100%. We only use ingredients that are totally vegan and we always test on ourselves before using the products on our four-legged friends.

Our products are FREE from: Parabens, PEGS, phenoxyethanol, phthalates, SLS, SLES, petrolatum, mineral oils, silicones, MEA, DEA, TEA, EDTA, propylene glycol, synthetic fragrances/colours or animal-derived ingredients.

We are an Australian-owned and operated company. All products are handmade in our studio in Newcastle, NSW.

We make a conscious effort to select environmentally-friendly products for our packaging. We choose to use plastic bottles, instead of glass, for our shampoos and conditioners to avoid breakages and accidents while trying to wrangle your dog during washing. We have ensured that all of our bottles are made from recycled plastic and that they are 100% recyclable.

This depends on your dog’s coat type, skin and odour. Some breeds and dogs require more frequent bathing than others. We recommend washing your dog
as often as required. All our shampoos are specifically formulated to be gentle enough to use as often as needed.

It’s important to keep your pup’s grooming regime up during winter to ensure their skin, coat and paws stay happy, healthy and clean. Your four-legged friend’s coat needs to be cleaned in winter just as much as in any other month, which means we recommend regular bathing.

No, hemp will definitely not get your dog high. The naturally occurring chemical in hemp which causes people and animals to get high is called THC. Our hemp seed oil for dogs contains less than point 0.005% THC, which means even if they drank a bottle of our hemp seed oil they would not get high.
